West Virginia’s Largest Yard Sale scheduled to return to Upshur, Lewis counties Aug. 5-6

BUCKHANNON — West Virginia’s Largest Yard Sale – August 5-6, 2022 – is just weeks away from welcoming visitors to our part of West Virginia for summertime’s ultimate bargain hunt! Local residents and businesses may register FREE of charge with an online form.

Once submitted, Yard Sales will be placed on an interactive Google Map. Printed Maps will still be available in partnership with The Record Delta. The deadline to register is set for Friday, July 29. To access the online form, please visit www.VisitBuckhannon.org/yardsale

The Yard Sale Weekend has become a HUGE annual event; folks confirm the event dates in January to make their travel plans. Not only are people coming from all over West Virginia to bargain shop, but from surrounding states and as far as Florida to find a good deal! Visitors know they’ll find hundreds of Yard Sales scattered throughout 2 counties in the center of West Virginia.

Please join us in welcoming visitors as they travel and discover our small town’s charm. Not only do folks stop by the Yard Sales, but they are also exploring all that Buckhannon and Weston have to offer. They get to see the historic buildings, drive some country roads, discover some amazing food at local restaurants and enjoy a weekend with their friends and family!
