Upshur County Grand Jury returns 17 indictments in May term

An Upshur County Grand Jury meeting in Buckhannon this week returned 17 indictments on Monday. Here is the list of indictments provided by the Upshur County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office:

Eric Wayne Richards Residence: Walkersville Age: 38	Driving While License Revoked for D.U.I., 3^rd or Subsequent Offense, a felony, three (3) counts. No Insurance, a misdemeanor, two (2) counts.
Dallas Sterling Lantz Residence: Buckhannon Age: 34	Driving While License Revoked for D.U.I., 3^rd or Subsequent Offense, a felony, one (1) count. No Insurance, a misdemeanor, one (1) count.
Jennifer Lyn Moreland Residence: Buckhannon Age: 37	Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony, one (1) count.
Charyn Elizabeth Fortune Residence: Chapmanville Age: 31	Grand Larceny, a felony, one (1) count.
Joseph Brian Kelley Residence: Buckhannon Age: 28	Prohibited Person in Possession of a Concealed Firearm, a felony, one (1) count.
