Tennis ‘Cats outlast Frostburg State, 6-1

FROSTBURG, Md.– WVWC men’s tennis looked strong in the battle of the Bobcats as they swept Frostburg State in their road matchup on Wednesday.

WVWC jumped on Frostburg early as they swept all three doubles matchups. The ‘Cats continued their stronghold of the match as they claimed five of the six singles matchups. 

Anthony McIntosh and Ethan Thomas took home straight set victories at no. 5 and 6 to give WVWC the 3-0 lead. Khiro KarasawaTaylor Papworth and Camillo Salvi all won their matchups in straight sets to round out the scoring for WVWC.
