Teams joins Pallottine Foundation of Buckhannon as new Director of Finance and Operations

The Pallottine Foundation of Buckhannon welcomes Tracy Teams as its new Director of Finance and Operations.

Teams brings over 17 years of financial expertise. She served as Health System Budget Manager for Marshall Health Network in Huntington, W.Va. for 13 years and was instrumental in driving cost-containment strategies and enhancing operational efficiencies.

“Tracy has extensive experience managing operating and capital budgets,” said Laura Boone, Executive Director of the Pallottine Foundation of Buckhannon. “Her skills will help us maximize the impact of our resources and initiatives to ensure we are good stewards in the communities we serve. We are really excited she chose to join our team.”

Teams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting with a minor in economics from Marshall University. Beyond her professional achievements, she serves as Board Treasurer for Covenant School in Huntington and has been recognized for her community service by Generation Huntington, the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce and United Way of the River Cities. She and her husband, Jon, live in Ona, W.Va. with their three children Ashton, Ethan and Amelia.
