“Taco Tuesday” lake cruises start May 7 at Stonewall Resort

WESTON — Beginning Tuesday, May 7 and continuing each Tuesday through the end of September (with a few exceptions), Stonewall Resort will host its Taco Tuesday Lake Cruise, where both day guests and overnight guests can cruise around the lake while dining on tacos, chips and salsa and enjoying a variety of beverages.

“The Taco Tuesday Lake Cruise was very popular with guests last year and regularly sold out,” said Nevil Barr, executive chef at Stonewall Resort. “This is a very casual and relaxing evening on the lake and our culinary staff take pride in creating a variety of unique tacos and margaritas.”

Set on Little Sorrel, the resort’s 100-passenger lake excursion boat, guests will enjoy a leisurely two-hour lake cruise while enjoying unlimited tacos, as well as chips and salsa.  The cost is $35 per adult, which includes two margaritas.  A cash bar and margarita bar will be available for additional beverage purchases. Kid’s tickets are $20. Cruises will run from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.

Seating is limited and based on availability. The Taco Tuesday Lake Cruise will not be available on May 14, 21, August 6 and September 17.

The event is subject to weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, a voucher will be given for a future date of your choice.
