St. Joseph’s Swing Bed Rehabilitation Program provides therapy services in Buckhannon

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — St. Joseph’s Swing Bed Rehabilitation Program provides skilled nursing care on a short-term basis, allowing patients in this area access to needed services close to home. It is designed for patients who no longer need hospital care, but continue to need care that cannot be easily provided at home.

The program is ideal for patients following orthopaedic surgery, serious medical illnesses, or who need IV medications or wound care.  The experienced staff includes a team of physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and social workers who work with patients developing a customized plan to meet their specific needs.  Patients have a comfortable environment with private rooms with amenities including wi-fi access.
