St. Joseph’s Hospital Auxiliary presents scholarship awards to Gracie Ketterman, Harley Linger

BUCKHANNON, WV – The St. Joseph’s Hospital Auxiliary recently presented scholarships to Gracie Ketterman and Harley Linger who will be entering West Virginia Wesleyan College in the fall to pursue careers in the medical field.

Ketterman would like to become a pediatric nurse and Linger would like to follow a career path focused on forensic nursing. The $750 scholarships were presented by Auxiliary President Patricia McComas and Auxiliary Scholarship Chair Vonnie Hager.

The Auxiliary awards scholarships to students who are planning on pursuing a career in a medical field or have already begun their studies in a health-related field.  Students must have a GPA of 3.5 and demonstrate excellence in character, academics and leadership.
