BUCKHANNON, W.Va. –The Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur recently presented a donation to the Band of Brothers for their “2021 Help Us Help Underprivileged Kids” campaign.
They are raising funds to assist groups who are on the front line helping abused, neglected and disadvantaged children. They want to ensure that those children who may not have family members able to provide them with a nice Christmas will receive something for Christmas. The donation will help the Band of Brothers in supporting those efforts.
The Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month with a presentation at each meeting. Currently, they are meeting virtually. They are committed to providing service to others, promoting integrity and advancing goodwill and peace.
