Randolph County fiber project will bring high-speed internet to 10,000 locations

ELKINS — Micrologic has announced the launch of the Randolph County Fiber Project, a groundbreaking initiative set to bring high-speed fiber connectivity to 10,000 locations within Randolph County. This $20 million investment aims to enhance the region’s digital infrastructure, foster economic growth, and improve the quality of life for residents and businesses.

This ambitious project is possible through partnerships with the West Virginia Office of Broadband MBPS Program and the financial support of Citizens Bank of West Virginia, headquartered in Elkins. Citizens Bank’s investment and commitment to the local community have been instrumental in making this project a reality.

The project’s success is also due to strong partnerships with the City of Elkins, the Randolph County Development Authority (RCDA), and the Randolph County Commission.
