Police: Upshur man who allegedly punched woman claimed she ‘jumped out of the car’

LUCAS will offer low-dose lung cancer screenings in Rock Cave Sept. 29-30 and Buckhannon Oct. 1-2. Appointments must be made at least 14 days ahead and eligible uninsured West Virginians may receive screenings through grant funding.
