BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — The Pallottine Foundation of Buckhannon (PFB) is hosting a workshop, “Volunteer Program Management,” on Tuesday, May 7, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Greek Alumni Room of the Performing Arts Center at West Virginia Wesleyan College.
Participants in the workshop will learn how to recruit, train, manage and retain volunteers that can raise awareness about their nonprofits, as well as deliver services in a more effective and efficient way.
The workshop facilitator will be Ms. Beth Zarate, Chief Executive Officer at Catholic Charities West Virginia. Ms. Zarate has extensive experience managing volunteer programs and is an energetic and engaging speaker.

The foundation, formed in 2015, serves healthcare related needs of the communities in Barbour, Lewis, Randolph, Upshur and Webster counties through its annual grant award process.
