BUCKHANNON — The Mountain CAP Family Support Center is offering a free Circle of Parents, Snuggle & Read Storytime and craft for families and children.

The event will take place at 5 p.m. at the Family Support Center, 30 East Main Street, in Buckhannon on Thursday, November 21. Children will receive a blanket and book to take home. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
