Mon Hills Music Group’s Porch Couch reaches milestone 10k streams on Spotify

Alternative rock band Porch Couch is celebrating a significant milestone as their song “Cocaine Eyes” surpasses 10,000 streams on Spotify. The track blends gritty guitar riffs with raw emotive lyrics and has quickly become a fan favorite since its release, marking an important moment in the band’s growing presence in the alternative rock scene.

Released on Porch Couch’s self-titled debut album on March 22, 2024, “Cocaine Eyes” showcases the band’s unique sound — a fusion of indie rock, alt and vintage-inspired grooves. The song’s success follows months of hard work and grassroots promotion with the band’s passionate fan base driving its viral success on Spotify and beyond.

Porch Couch is based in Morgantown, W.Va., and began by performing at venues around the Morgantown area, eventually signing with Mon Hills Records in 2023. The band continues to connect with listeners through their music, exploring themes of self-discovery, love and the ups and downs of life. As they evolve and grow, Porch Couch remains dedicated to creating music that resonates on a deep personal level.
