Mike Sharpolisky with the Buckhannon Elks Lodge presents generous donation to St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — Mike Sharpolisky, Exalted Ruler of Buckhannon Elks Lodge 1736, recently presented a generous donation on behalf of the Buckhannon Lodge to the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation. 

The donation is directed toward the 2021 Campaign which is focused on Women’s Health. The campaign is raising funds to upgrade patient rooms for moms, babies and family members; purchase a portable ultrasound for the Center for Women’s Health; and install new fetal monitoring systems in the hospital’s OB department. The Campaign is chaired by Foundation Board Members Traci Ellis and Steve Holmes.

“We express sincere gratitude to Mike and the Buckhannon Elks Lodge for their generous donation,” said John Haskins, President of St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation. “We are striving to ensure that our hospital continues to provide the best in healthcare to our community.”

 The Foundation is a non-profit 501c3, meaning gifts are completely tax deductible. Direct donations may be made or you can elect to give monthly with your credit card. Paypal is also accepted.
