BUCKHANNON — The Sheriff of Upshur County is accepting applications for the full-time benefited position of Tax Deputy.

Applicants should possess the ability to work well with the public and function as a team member, have a good knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices, office procedures and equipment; must have excellent attention to detail.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A combination of higher education and/or work experience would be beneficial to allow for the successful completion of the job functions.
