CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice today ordered all United States and West Virginia flags displayed at the Capitol complex in Charleston and all state facilities throughout Greenbrier County be lowered to half-staff on Saturday, July 13, 2019 in commemoration of former West Virginia Senator Jesse Guills, Jr.

Guills served as a West Virginia State Senator from 2002 to 2010. Guills was also a veteran, serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army.
