BUCKHANNON — The Upshur County Health Department has partnered with Community Care of West Virginia, WVU Medicine/St. Joseph’s Hospital, Upshur County Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Upshur County Commission, Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur and West Virginia Wesleyan College to host community vaccination clinics for persons aged 16 and older.

The clinics take place at the Events Center at Brushy Fork located at 929 Brushy Fork Road in Buckhannon.

To register for an appointment, call 304-471-2240. To prevent unnecessary wait times and traffic congestion, do not arrive early. Everyone who is scheduled has an assigned vaccine. All those receiving a vaccine should bring a valid photo ID.
