Free breastfeeding and post-partum care workshop offered Oct. 30 in Buckhannon

A free breastfeeding and post-partum care workshop for new or expectant parents will be held Oct. 30, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. at 30 East Main Street in Buckhannon.

The Mountain CAP Family Support Center in collaboration with Lewis/Upshur Parents as Teachers will be offering a free breastfeeding and post-partum care workshop for new or expectant parents on October 30 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 30 East Main Street in Buckhannon.

Participants who complete the workshop will receive infant and nursing supplies.
