Fred W. Eberle Technical Center accepting general construction bids for building renovation as it prepares to launch HVAC curriculum

The Fred W. Eberle Technical Center Administrative Council of Buckhannon, WV will receive General Construction bids for the Saw Mill Building Renovation for the HVAC Curriculum as well as Testing Adjusting and Balancing until 1:30 p.m., local prevailing time on 12th day of January, 2022, at the Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, Buckhannon, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for, has been scheduled for 29th day of December, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at the Technical Center – LPN Classroom. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting.

The contract documents are available only from the architect’s electronic distribution system. Login credentials will be sent to all prospective contractors and subcontractors after the request is made to biddocs@wsgarch.com. Addenda will be only distributed electronically from the Architects electronic distribution system to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.

The Fred W. Eberle Technical Center Administrative Council of Buckhannon, WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
