Fred Eberle to host second annual Tech or Treat event on Wednesday, Oct. 19

BUCKHANNON – The faculty and students of Fred W. Eberle Technical Center would like to invite the community to participate in spooktacular Halloween festivities at the second annual Tech or Treat event later this month.

“FETC is so happy that we are able to put on our Tech or Treat event again this October,” said Rebecca Bowers-Call, Director of FETC. “It was such a wonderful evening for our community in October 2019. The students and staff are putting their creative minds to work to make this year bigger and better. Everyone is welcome.”

The event will be held on the campus of Fred Eberle – located at 208 Morton Avenue in Buckhannon – on Wednesday, October 19 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Each program offered at FETC will host an activity for this event. See the full list of available programs on the FETC website.

Halloween activities will include:

  • Ornament Painting – Create a festive fall/Halloween ornament to take home
  • S’mores – Gooey marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers make the perfect Halloween treat.
  • Hayrides – Bundle up and gather loved ones for this fun fall activity.
  • Haunted House – Monsters, ghosts and witches, oh my! Scary things lurk in this haunted house…
  • Games – All ages can play and win!
  • Escape Room – Test your fate and escape before the timer runs out. Tick-tock!
  • Candy and Treats – Sweet tooths BEWARE!
  • Face Painting – Creepy, cute and festive looks await!

Attendees are encouraged to join in the Halloween festivities in costume or come just as they are.
