BUCKHANNON — The Fred Brooks Garden Club proudly announces its July Yard of the Month winners, including its special Fourth of July-themed Yard of the Month.

The Fred Brooks Garden Club awarded the Red, White and Blue Yard of the Month to the Rev. David and Dawn Smith at 40 Hart Avenue in Buckhannon (Pictured above).
