We would like to thank the community for the support, encouragement, love and laughter that you bestowed on our husband, father, brother and son, Cory Seth Poling during the past nine years in his fight against A.L.S.
This community has rallied behind our family in ways we never could comprehend and it did not go unnoticed. We would like to thank each of you for just being friends when a friend needed your love and support. Seth gave everything he had in his fight against A.L.S., but as he told us many times “he might have A.L.S., but A.L.S did not have him.”
Please continue, if you can, to support his foundation, The Seth Project and we will continue to sell Seth’s Sack lunches once a year in November to help out a family in West Virginia that is suffering from A.L.S. Together we can make a difference.
