BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — All meetings are open to the public and will be held in Council Chambers, Buckhannon City Hall, 70 E Main St, Buckhannon, WV 26201 unless otherwise noted. 

Special Announcement: The City of Buckhannon Water Department will begin flushing fire hydrants Monday, April 10, 2023, and will continue each workday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm throughout the city water system, until complete.  This does not include the public service districts.  Please check the water before doing any light-colored laundry.  Water may be discolored due to flushing, contact City Hall at 304-472-1430 for further information.

Bulky Goods Collection, 5:30 am – 6:00 am – Bulky goods collection for large items such as couches, chairs, mattresses, appliances, etc. (All Buckhannon Waste Department customers are allowed 4 items per month and 8 tires per year.)   You must call by Wednesday, April 12, 2023, to schedule a pick-up.  Items must be at the curb by 5:30 a.m. on the scheduled Friday to ensure pick-up.
