CEC improves to 4-0 in Upshur County Summer Basketball League play

TENNERTON – CEC ran their record to 4-0 after a pair of wins last Thursday in the CEC Upshur County Summer Basketball League.

CEC downed CPImagery in their first game of the day by a 72-45 score with Jacob Carder scoring a team-high 18 points.

Tanner Collins led CPImagery with 18 points.

In their second outing of the night, CEC defeated High Point Construction by a 72-56 score with Dylan Gearde scoring a game-high 18 points for CEC.

Evan Frankenberry had 17 in a losing cause for High Point Construction.

In the other game on Thursday, High Point Construction bested CPImagery by a 65-50 count.

Tyler Corder led the charge for High Point Construction with 20 points while Collins paced CPImagery with 14 points.
