BUCKHANNON: WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur will hold blood screenings on October 14, October 28 and November 11 at the hospital.

Basic blood profile tests will be offered at $35, with additional testing for thyroid for $5, hemoglobin A1C for $15, colon cancer screening for $5 and prostate testing for $20. An additional test for the Hepatitis C antibody will be offered for $20.

If you do not have internet access or need assistance, the Upshur County Library located at 1150 Route 20 South in Buckhannon or the Mountain CAP Family Support Center at 30 East Main Street (next to CJ Maggie’s Restaurant in Buckhannon) can assist you in registering.
