Any West Virginia resident ages 16-35 getting the COVID-19 vaccine can receive a $100 savings bond

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — West Virginia residents getting the COVID vaccine can receive a $100 savings bond for doing so. 

They can get the vaccination this Friday, April 30 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Brushy Fork Event Center (Armory) in Buckhannon. No appointment is needed. The clinic is open to anyone with a valid West Virginia ID.  If you are between 16 to 17 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Additional information about how to receive the $100 savings bond will be available shortly and is also available to those who have previously received the vaccine.
