BUCKHANNON — American Legion Post 7 will kick off Patriots Week (9/9-9/16) on Saturday, September 9 at 8 AM with a free breakfast (donations accepted) for all Veterans, their spouses, and kids.

The menu is pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. They will serve from 8 a.m. until noon. Here is a chance to meet your fellow veterans and families.

Post 7 will also be providing information about assistance that will be provided to veterans and surviving spouses in the next week. This will include VA Enrollment opportunities, transportation assistance to VA medical care, and filing VA claims.

The Post is located at 16 S Kanawha Street in Buckhannon.
