KERENS – With three weeks remaining of the regular racing season at Elkins Raceway, drivers are not slowing down. The 2022 Season Championship is just around the corner.

The August 6 feature race winners are as follows:

  • Younger Mini Wedges – Adley Green
  • Older Mini Wedges – Brad Currence
  • Super Late Model – Logan Hitt
  • Crates – AJ Spagnuolo
  • Modifieds – Mitch Thomas
  • Street Stock – Michael Ayersman

Mark your calendars for next Saturday, August 13 for more regular racing and the second Autograph & Picture Night of the season. The original date for the second Autograph & Picture Night of the season was scheduled for Saturday, August 6 however it was canceled due to impending storms. During regular intermission on Saturday, racing fans can spill onto the front stretch of track for a meet and greet with their favorite drivers. Fans are encouraged to take photos, collect autographs from drivers, and look inside each race car to experience life on the dirt track. Drivers may have autographed images and other goodies for fans to take home with them. 

Looking ahead to the remainder of the season at Elkins Raceway (this schedule is subject to change):

August 13 – Autograph & Picture Night

August 20 – Regular Racing

August 27 – Fall 50, Fireworks and more – 2022 Season Championship
