ROCK CAVE — Steady showers in Buckhannon and intermittent rain in the southern part of Upshur County led to a lighter-than-usual turnout for Rock Cave Christmas parade Saturday afternoon.
But the spectators and participants who were there didn’t let the downpour dampen their spirits.

The City of Buckhannon’s Christmas parade is slated for 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7.
