Dr. Daniel Brito, a dedicated cardiologist with the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute at WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, West Virginia, was honored this March with the prestigious Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) designation. The recognition was awarded during the Convocation ceremony at the American College of Cardiology’s (ACC) Annual Scientific Session in Chicago.
This esteemed designation is one of the most significant honors offered by the ACC, reflecting Dr. Brito’s continued excellence in cardiovascular care and his leadership in advancing the field. The FACC title is awarded to cardiovascular professionals who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievement, commitment to clinical excellence, and dedication to the mission of improving heart health for patients around the world.
