Strawberry Festival Quilt Show Winners Announced

Susanne Thompson’s Longwood Gardens quilt swept both Best in Show and People’s Choice at the Strawberry Festival Quilt Show, with major honors also awarded to Mary Ellen Lemons, Sarah Sanders, Diana Kerr and others.

The winners of the recent Strawberry Festival Quilt Show have been announced, with Susanne Thompson’s Longwood Gardens winning Best in Show and People’s Choice.

Judges awarded Winter Diamonds by Mary Ellen Lemons Judge’s Choice. A Horse! Of Course received Queen’s Choice and Safe Haven by Sarah Sanders was named King’s Choice. Thompson also won Ms. Queen’s Choice for her 12 Days of Christmas design and Diana Kerr’s Sea Glass earned Mrs. Queen’s Choice.
