Stonewall Resort hosts bourbon and beer themed November events

Stonewall Resort is set to host two bourbon and beer-themed events in November. “Bonfires & Bourbon” is scheduled for November 8 and “Western Experience” for November 9, both offering a country-themed evening with live music.

“Given the popularity of bourbon and beer tasting events, we’re pleased to feature regional producers like Jefferson’s and Yellowstone Bourbons and Country Boy Brewing in our upcoming November events,” said Andre D’Amour, Stonewall Resort General Manager. “We hope guests will join us for what promises to be two great evenings at the resort.”

The Bonfires & Bourbon event will take place from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, November 8, around the fire on the outdoor patio. Guests will sample Jefferson’s Very Small Batch, Jefferson’s Reserve and Jefferson’s Ocean Voyage 30 Cask Strength. A representative from Jefferson’s will be present to discuss these unique bourbons and provide the history of the distillery.

Additionally, performer Lee Dean will sing Johnny Cash’s biggest hits while guests enjoy bourbon and S’mores around the fire. Cigars will be available for purchase, and guests may choose to bring their own to enjoy.

The “Western Experience,” inspired by the “Yellowstone” television show lifestyle, will encourage guests to wear their best cowboy or cowgirl attire. It takes place from 7-11 p.m. on Saturday, November 9.

Featuring beer selections from the Kentucky-based Country Boy Brewing, a drink of the well-known Yellowstone Select Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey, a variety of hors d’oeuvres and bourbon-flavored desserts, and live music from local musicians 3TEEZ, guests are sure to have a knee-slapping time.

Individual tickets and overnight packages are available for both events. For additional information or to make reservations, contact the resort at (304) 269-7400 or visit the website at www.StonewallResort.com.
