Pick your favorite photo at special Strawberry Festival exhibit

The Buckhannon Upshur Camera Club is pleased to invite the public to participate in the Strawberry Festival Photography Exhibit at Upshur County Senior Center. The exhibit will be open to the public on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (May 15-17) from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.  On Saturday May 18, the exhibit will welcome visitors from 9 a.m.-noon. 

Area photographers have submitted 259 photos, including 49 youth photos with entry fees generously provided by the Upshur Arts Alliance. BUCC thanks The Record Delta for their generous sponsorship of this event.

Those attending this festival activity will be asked to vote for the People’s Choice award by selecting their favorite photo. Additionally, visitors can register for a door prize which will be a book of waterfalls authored and photographed by West Virginia photographer Randall Sanger. 

The Buckhannon Upshur Camera club meets on the fourth Thursday evening of each month at the Upshur County Senior Center at 7 p.m. They welcome new members and guests!
