Strawberry Mile (Race at Noon)

The annual Strawberry Mile Run takes place on May 20th and begins at Buckhannon Academy Elementary School, across from McDonald’s. The runners will then proceed down Strawberry Lane to the Bicentennial Inn, where awards will be given to the winners.

Custom-made awards will be given to the winners of the Male and Female Overall Class, as well as winners in the Male and Female age categories. Participants must submit a completed registration form and pay a NONREFUNDABLE registration fee to qualify for the race.

Participants are asked to meet at BAES at 10 AM, and the race will begin promptly at noon.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to have some fun, the event promises to be a great way to get some exercise before a day of parade-watching and carnival fun.
