Custom Cabinets takes over lead in Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League

TENNERTON – The Buckhannon Country Club Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League has a new leader in week three after a huge shake up in the standings.

The new leader is Custom Cabinets, who earned a huge 28-12 win over High Point Construction.

Sam’s Pizza is now in second place, moving up from seventh place, after taking down last week’s leader, Hank Ellis Insurance by a 28 ½-11 ½ score. Hank Ellis dropped all the way to seventh place with the loss.

Feola’s Flowers moved into third place after soundly defeating First Community Bank by a 23 ½-16 ½ score.

In the other match of the week, Highland Landscaping beat Lisa Cain Edward Jones by a 21 ½-18 ½ count.

Chris Brady of High Point Construction took home Low Actual honors with a 36 while Mike Tenney of Feola’s Flowers and John Moss of Custom Cabinets shared Low Net honors with identical 34s.
