Two people were lifeflighted from the scene of a two-vehicle wreck at the intersection of Route 33 and Childers Run Road on Saturday afternoon.
A truck and van collided at about 4:30 p.m., and both vehicles ended up off the road, into the embankment on the eastbound side of Route 33.
Two patients were taken by Upshur County EMS to a landing zone the Kesling Mill intersection, where they were flown to Morgantown by HealthNet. Two other patients were transported by EMS to St. Joseph’s Hospital.
