Stonewall Resort announces two culinary events this March

WESTON — Stonewall Resort invites guests to savor the flavors of the season this March with two unique culinary experiences celebrating local cuisine, festive traditions and bold pairings. From Irish-inspired fare to smoky barbecue and bourbon-infused delights, each event promises an unforgettable taste adventure in the heart of West Virginia.

St. Patrick’s Day Buffet — Tuesday, March 17

Stonewall Resort’s signature restaurant, Stillwaters, will host a festive St. Patrick’s Day Buffet featuring traditional favorites such as corned beef and cabbage, shepherd’s pie and Irish soda bread. Guests can raise a glass to good fortune while sampling themed desserts and drinks surrounded by the resort’s scenic spring backdrop.

Beer, Bourbon & BBQ — Saturday, March 21

The resort welcomes back its popular Beer, Bourbon & BBQ event on March 21. This outdoor celebration showcases slow-smoked barbecue dishes complemented by regional craft beers and fine bourbons. Guests will enjoy live music, tastings and plenty of Southern flavor in a lively, casual setting.
