Starlet Hazel Sines, of Woodbridge, Va., died on September 26, 2021, at the Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Va.

She was born on September 26, 2021, in Fairfax. She was the infant daughter of Glen and Gemmalyn Nava Sines of Woodbridge. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother, Brandan Sines of Woodbridge; two sisters, Jessica Rodriguez and husband Josh of Quantico, Va. and Senica Sines of Paris, France; nephews, Conner Sines and Ryan Rodriguez; niece, Eilen Rodriguez; maternal grandparents, Napoleon Nava and Fedelina of Philippines and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Hallie Hazel Sines.

Friends will be received Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 9:30 AM to 10 AM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with Pastor Ed Lowther officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery of Buckhannon, WV.
