Patricia McCauley Burns, age 57, of Buckhanon, WV, died August 7, 2025, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
She was born September 5, 1967, in Buckhannon, a daughter of Charlotte Steele McCauley and the late Marvin Dale McCauley. On June 23, 2007, she married Barry Burns who survives.
In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by one brother, Gary McCauley of Seoul, South Korea; niece, Erin Moore and husband Roman of Rochester, MN; four cousins, Amanda King and husband Rick and Mackenzie, Ryan and Kinslee King and Richard Nicholson and wife Angela all of Copen, WV and one uncle, Ronnie Nicholson and wife Melissa of Copen.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Scott McCauley. Mrs. Burns was a retired VA State Fire Instructor and a certified Emergency Medical Paramedic.
Friends will be received Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 4 PM until 8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Tallman officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
