BUCKHANNON — The annual Memorial Day Service will be held on Monday, May 29, at 1 p.m. at the Heavner Cemetery, according to City of Buckhannon officials. The service, which honors the women and men who lost their lives while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, traditionally features the Upshur County Honor Guard, representatives from VFW Post 3663 and American Legion Post 7, and city officials.
