Man with six previous convictions faces felony after arrest for driving with license revoked for DUI

Upshur County 911 Assistant Director Kimbra Wachob was named WV CIT Dispatcher of the Year for her compassionate crisis response and statewide training leadership. Her work has strengthened how dispatchers handle behavioral health emergencies across West Virginia.
