Cooking Classes

Cooking Classes are new to The Coop! Experience new cooking and baking techniques while learning from Fish Hawk’s best. Whether a cooking novice or a professional chef, enjoy an evening with Fish Hawk learning the art of food. All cooking classes will take place at The Coop – located at 4 E. Main Street in Buckhannon. Market Dinner

Market dinners bring locals and guests together for a fine-dining experience at the market. Reserve your tickets now for a Market Dinner on Friday, January 13 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Fish Hawk Acres – located at 5 W. Main Street in Buckhannon. Advance reservations are required for these events as seating is limited. The cost to enjoy this experience is $45 per person plus tax. Gratuity not included. Bring an unusual container to create a one-of-a-kind plantscape with Juliette at The Coop. You provide the container and Juliette will provide all the supplies and a plant. The “Put A Plant In It” class will take place Saturday, January 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at The Coop – located at 4 E. Main Street in Buckhannon.
