CHARLESTON, WV – Today, Gov. Jim Justice appointed T. Kevan Bartlett of Sissonville to the West Virginia House of Delegates representing the 39th District.

He fills the vacancy created by the recent passing of Delegate Sharon Malcolm Lewis.

Bartlett is the senior pastor of the Maranatha Baptist Church in Sissonville.

He and his wife Linda reside in Sissonville and are the parents of two adult sons. They have eight grandchildren.

Buckhannon-Upshur placed three runners in the top 12 and scored 73 points to finish second at the Chick-fil-A Invitational. Gwendolyn Rogosky led the Lady Bucs in sixth, followed by Isabella Bowers in eighth and Chloe Lewis in 11th.
