Glenville State University employees celebrate the holidays

GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State University faculty and staff gathered on Tuesday, December 13 for an employee appreciation luncheon. The event was hosted by President Dr. Mark A. Manchin.

“We love celebrating the holidays and what better time of year than this to say thank you to all of our wonderful faculty and staff,” said President Manchin. “With the end of the fall semester upon us, I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation to our most valuable resource here at Glenville State – the employees. The past year has been monumental for Glenville State University in a number of ways, and it is important to pause, reflect on what we have accomplished, and to simply say thanks.”

In addition to lunch, attendees were also outfitted with a new Glenville State shirt.

The fall 2022 semester at Glenville State University ended last week. The Winter Commencement ceremony took place on Saturday, December 10.
