Teen Scene, the Charles W. Gibson Public Library’s weekly after-school program for ages 13 to 18, returns Friday, Sept. 4.
The program runs from 3 to 5 p.m. and offers activities, games, a book club and more.
Teen Scene follows the Upshur County Schools calendar — if there is no school that day, there is no Teen Scene.
