Stonewall Resort will close out the summer season with a three-day Labor Day Weekend Celebration September 4-6 on Stonewall Jackson Lake.
The weekend features live music from Lee Dean, Scott Honaker, Stalnaker Hill and Alex O’Neal; family activities including scavenger hunts, lawn games, bounce houses, face painting and children’s mystery events; and on-the-water recreation with kayak, paddleboard and canoe rentals plus lake tours aboard the Mosaic Tour Boat.
Signature events include a boat parade, a campsite decorating contest and a watermelon eating contest. A fireworks show over the lake is set for dark on Sunday evening.
