The Public Service Commission of West Virginia will hold a public comment hearing in Case No. 26-0633-E-GI, its general investigation into adopting rules for electric generating capacity under House Bill 2014, the Power Generation and Consumption Act.
The hearing begins at 9:30 a.m. in the Howard M. Cunningham Hearing Room at PSC headquarters in Charleston. Members of the public who want to take part through oral comments, witness testimony or an audiovisual presentation must notify the PSC by Sept. 18, according to the commission’s order; written comments, testimony and other materials meant for the hearing are due by Sept. 23.
