WVWC Music presents Jazz Night at the Bicentennial Inn’s 88 Lounge on Wednesday, Sept. 2, from 7 to 10 p.m., opening West Virginia Wesleyan College’s monthly jam session series for the semester. There is no cover charge.
The house band is the Orange Line Jazz Quartet — Adam Loudin on trumpet, Jonathan DiGiulian on guitar, Chris McGraw on bass and Kyle Andrews on drums — with special guest Isaac Viars on trombone.
An open jam session runs from 8 to 10 p.m. Musicians who want to sit in are invited to bring an instrument.
