A free-will benefit dinner at the Buckhannon Elks Lodge will raise money for Jaiden Paige Morris, who is facing brain tumor surgery and recovery.
Menu: pork chops, kielbasa, John Simons’ famous BJ beans, jalapeño cornbread, plain cornbread, applesauce, potato salad and dessert.
The meal is by donation — organizers say any donation is appreciated. Organizers are also looking for volunteers to help with setup, serving, kitchen duties and cleanup; volunteers can sign up through the online form linked from the organizers’ post.
