Independent Word of Life Church invites the community to its fellowship hall to make Thanksgiving and Christmas cards for local veterans, a way to show them how much they are appreciated.
The card-making session is Saturday, Oct. 17, at 4 p.m. in the church’s fellowship hall at 1381 Co. Rte. 20/37 in Buckhannon. Snacks will be provided, and all are welcome.
